In accordance with Sec. 21-54 of the City’s Code of Ordinances, Sole Source Verification, an official notice is hereby given as follows

Vendor Name(s): Providence Animal Rescue League   

Estimated Amount of Procurement: The value of this contract for Spaying, Neutering, Microchiops and other services is $20,000.00.

General Description of Goods or Services to be acquired: This contract is intended to provide spaying, neutering, microchips, and various other services. Fe shelters accept new animals because they have over capacity. The spaying and neutering of these pets increases the chance of them being adopted which in turn creates some return of revenue to the City.

An affected Person may comment on the intent to establish a Contract. Unless otherwise specified in this notice, the policy requires submission of the written comment within seven (7) days after the first date of public notice, shown below.
