Description

The City of Providence is soliciting bids from qualified Bidders to provide fuel cards for City employees who will be driving vehicles on behalf of our City. Additionally, the vendor must have a
robust reporting platform for our fleet of roughly 700 vehicles & 900 drivers/cardholders. We also have around 100 machines, which require gasoline/diesel fuel to operate.

The City of Providence used over 509,000 gallons of fuel in 2023. We anticipate this contract being for three (3) years with the possibility of two two-year options for renewal. Each renewal option
will be executed with the mutual consent of the City and the selected vendor(s).
