The Town of Smithfield is seeking the services of an experienced contractor to perform the work described in this RFP, the specifications consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials and services necessary to perform all operations in connection with the cleaning and sealing of construction and random cracks in bituminous concrete pavements, including vegetation removal and sterilization of cracks, where necessary and to install pavement crack sealing on designated roads, providing for traffic control and other work items associated with these tasks, as shown and described within the Contract Documents and described herein. This work is to be performed on various roadways throughout the Town of Smithfield in accordance with the pavement management program.
