The purpose of this request is to solicit proposals from qualified firms interested in the East Smithfield Neighborhood Center Renovations. The base proposal is required and any alternative will only be reviewed after a base bid proposal is submitted.
The project consists of structural remediation, selective demolition, renovations & Historic Preservation to the East Smithfield Neighborhood Center. The work includes but is not limited to concrete work, masonry, interior finishes, structural remediation, exterior finishes, windows, doors and frames and plumbing, mechanical and electrical upgrades.
