Specifications include, but are not limited to: VENDOR payment system must: • Collect data (including uploaded documents) from a user (either internal or public) through a secure, responsive, and accessible (WCAG 2.1, AA- compliant) web form. • Provide real-time parking availability information to RIDEM and the public via mobile application and public-facing website(s). • Allow for mobile and other forms of electronic payment using wireless devices, contactless credit and debit cards, Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Google Wallet, and other emerging payment technologies. • VENDOR will be responsible for updating the revenue control equipment and software to allow for additional payment options as advances in technology expand. VENDOR will provide its own or subcontracted Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliant state-of-the art online pay in advance and mobile payment system. VENDOR is responsible for purchasing, installing, certifying, and operating, and maintaining its own Parking Access and Revenue Collection System (PARCS) for revenue collection, control, accounting, and reporting. The proposed system must be identified and described in detail in the workplan proposal.
