Specifications include, but are not limited to: The printing, copying and publishing of the Digest of Labor Law, Health and Safety, Rights on the Job, Workers' Compensation and other safety related brochures for youth and adults including job related injuries and education and seminars related to addiction such as the current opioid crisis. 2. The delivery of education and training workshops, seminars, or programs such as Health and Safety, Rights on the Job, and Workers' Compensation. This would include any other programs related to reducing on the job injuries, such as the current opioid crisis that is disabling so many of our workers in Rhode Island. 3. The production and delivery of video programs, cable television or radio programs to promote health and safety on the job, workers' compensation programs, and prevention programs for workplace illness and injuries. 4. Vocational Counselor and Job Seeking Skills Course 5. The failure of the vendor to provide any of the above services or materials to the satisfaction of DLT shall result in the forfeiture of reimbursement for that item per the annual budget.
