Specifications include, but are not limited to: Successful bidder(s) should be prepared to provide services to non-public schools upon award. • Assist RIDE in determining professional development to meet the approved requests of the applicants and all phases of the implementation of the initiative. (Representative list below) • Provide staffing approved by RIDE as requested in applications and in coordination with the non-public school. (Current list of approved requests below, the list may change during the term of the program). Vendor shall consider individual school requests to place a specific employee. • Onsite observations and monitoring of services. • Progress meetings with RIDE staff as necessary. • All vendor actions must comply with federal reporting requirements and be capable of integration into RIDE’s reporting structure. • Employees and contractors hired to service non-public schools will be employees and vendors of the successful bidder. • The successful bidder must comply with all federal and state employment laws and have all necessary insurances to protect the employee and indemnify the State of Rhode Island. • It is anticipated services will be provided for the 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24 school years.
