A. Minimum Requirements o Professional graphic design capabilities necessary to complete projects on an as-needed basis including, but not limited to, those outlined below. Ability to work in both print and digital formats is required. o Ability to create and produce the Judiciary’s Annual Report, a thirty (30) to fifty (50) page booklet. A link to a copy of a past booklet is enclosed under Appendix A for the interested bidder’s further reference. ▪ Booklet print format must be in a standard 8.5”x11” fold booklet to be printed glossy. Digital format to be analogous. ▪ Additional print and digital booklets may be requested for redesign and print as needed. For example, the Judiciary’s Media Guide for journalists is a fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) page booklet. o Redesign and print public signage that includes the Judiciary’s updated logo. These signs will mostly be 100 pound cardstock. The Judiciary will be replacing all public signs including, but not limited to, individual office signs, wayfinding signs, and bathroom signage at the Judiciary’s six (6) courthouses and two (2) annex buildings. This event will require the design and production of event signage, programs/ schedules, and additional print projects such as hotel welcome cards. ▪ The Judiciary will be hosting a Legislator Orientation Day in early 2025, which will require redesign and/or printing of event materials. ▪ Other event- specific invitations and/or programs, as needed. An example of such programs is included below in Appendix C.
