Specifications include, but are not limited to: The HA is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed entities to provide the following services at the housing sites listed herein: Spring and Fall Clean-Up. Includes trash-pickup, leaves, branches and other debris from under trees, shrubs and grass areas throughout the developments. Sand clean up in parking lot areas is required for spring clean. As directed by the HA, spring cleanup is to occur once in April and fall cleanup is to occur once in November. Application of Treflan weed preventative to all beds prior to bark installation. Delivery and installation of 2” of hemlock mix bark mulch to be applied in all beds and clean up areas after installation. On-going Mowing and Trimming Services. All turf areas shall be mowed weekly during the growing season from the week of April 24th and continue through the week of November 13th, 2020. All lawns shall be maintained between 1-1/2” to 2-1/2”. The weekly cutting shall consist of removal of loose trash and debris prior to mowing, mowing, vacuuming, raking or sweeping to remove all grass clipping off walkway areas and parking lots, edge all walks, and planting beds. All landscaped areas shall have a neat appearance after weekly cutting has been completed
