URI is seeking a vendor to create and maintain a Net Price Calculator for prospective students and their families/supporters. The vendor will provide all services to design, customize, develop, and install a Net Price Calculator on the designated URI website. The successful vendor will provide a Net Price Calculator solution that provides, at a minimum, the following: Fully meets current and future federal laws, regulations, and best-practices, as outlined on National Center for Education Statistics website at https://nces.ed.gov/ipeds/report-yourdata/resource-center-net-price . Provides accurate estimates of net price, based on the specifications and data provided by URI. Is SAI-compliant (Student Aid Index compliant) Is accessible for use on mobile devices and provides a comparable student experience for both desktop and mobile devices. May be used on multiple internet browsers Direct access to a relationship manager dedicated to the University and capable of effecting timely resolution for system/student issues. Vendor-led update process, at least annual, with dedicated staff to collaborate with URI on updating of data Analytics dashboard or other tool to compile student-usage data to URI on-demand Thorough testing process, led by the vendor, to ensure accurate and consistent student results URI prefers vendors who offer the ability to show Net Price Calculator questions in both English and Spanish Are able to be fully integrated into URI’s website Can provide results based on a known-SAI, if the family chooses to provide one.
