Comprehensive paint booth service to the following Blowtherm paint booth system and auxiliary paint shop equipment: Equipment to be Serviced. 1 Downdraft bus booth. 2 3-Axis Man Lifts. 3 Semi-downdraft parts booth. 4 Paint Mixing and Storage Room (Number 3). 5 Heated AMUs breathing air equipment compressor system. 6 Compressed air lines from regular air supply to air in booths for patency. 7 Compressor air system components to support booth pressurized air supply to include all piping, valves, fittings, etc. 8 Air drying system and all equipment related to system to include replacement desiccant. If still clean, leave replacement with RIPTA. Burner Services to Include: 1 Inspect each burner assembly. 2 Remove loose corrosion and debris. 3 Re-profile burner manifold gas ports if necessary. 4 Adjust burner pressure-drop if necessary. 5 Verify proper operation of burner air flow switch. 6 Verify proper voltage on flame control module. 7 Adjust low and high fire on make-up air unit for optimal performance. 8 Replace burner intake filters. 9 Label each unit with test findings and date...
