Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop a detailed project implementation plan, including specific tasks, roles and responsibilities, and a timeline for project completion within the proposed project period of November 1, 2018 through January 1, 2019. Produce a public event appropriate for diverse audiences (i.e., ages, cultures) that is free and open to the public while engaging local artists and surrounding businesses to be a part of the event via bookings or crosspromotion. Proposed production plan including run of show for the event with time breakdowns for each action item and alternate plans in case of inclement weather. Proposed documentation strategies and reporting methods with report due by February 28, 2019
