1.2 Project Background and Description
The City of Warwick (“City”) has funding through the U.S. Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant program that has been earmarked for playground improvements in areas of the City that are predominately low to moderate income. The City is seeking a qualified landscape architectural firm to provide design services as outlined herein.
Bishop Park is located between the Lakewood and Pawtuxet neighborhoods and serves a HUD classified low- to-moderate income area that is also characterized as a very high density residential neighborhood.
