Medications for Emergency Medical Services
The City of Warwick is soliciting bid proposals for Medications which will be utilized by the Fire Department for Emergency Medical Services. For each item bid, please list the manufacturer name and/or model, vendor product number, unit quantity and price on the pricing page attached. Products with manufactures names and product numbers listed are the preferred products any exceptions to these items should be accompanied by a product information sheet to be considered.
Submitted pricing should reflect the minimum unit quantity to order for the specified item. Items bid that require extraordinarily large order quantities or “bulk orders” may be disqualified in the best interest of the City.
In awarding the bid, preference will be given to bidders that can confirm they will to able to deliver 90% of the items on which they bid within a two (2) working days when the request is made within normal working hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. In addition, preference will also be given to bidders that have a Sales Representative that resides and operates in the Southern New England region.
All bid prices will be in effect for a one (1) year period and shall include all shipping and delivery fees. Delivery will be made to the Warwick Fire Department at 111 Veterans Memorial Drive, Warwick, RI 02886.
