Description

The Warwick Public School Department through the Warwick Public School Building Committee (“District"), is seeking pricing proposals from qualified firms to provide Appraisal Services for four (4) properties within the City of Warwick (“City”) in accordance with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (“Yellow Book”).

Aldrich: On Parcel #: 288-0059 (1.25 acres)
Drum Rock: On Parcel#: 255-0002 (1 acre)
Rhodes: On Parcel #: 288-0424 (4.3 acres)

The appraisals must be documented and formatted in accordance with any/all Yellow Book requirements and submitted to the District for their use in obtaining approvals for the parcel conversions described above in the Project Background/Description.

The District intends to contract with one vendor for these services.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals should include the following:

• A general description of the Vendor and its qualifications.
• A description of the key staff proposed for this work, resumes, roles and any relevant licensure.
• A description of other accounts or projects involving similar services, in particular identifying previous engagements with any governmental and public authority entities.
• Three (3) client references with name of the organization, services, and contact information.
• A fee proposal which includes any overhead costs as well as the customary hourly rate of each person whose resume is provided in response to below, and a flat fee proposal for the work outlined in the Scope of Work Requirements. Although the proposed fees will be taken into account, the District reserves the right to negotiate a lower or different fee structure with any proposer selected.
• Insurance: List all insurance coverage currently carried by the firm including professional liability and general liability as a minimum.
