Horry County, SC is soliciting professional civil engineering services from interested firms for establishment of a series of annual contracts to perform work for Horry County. The County may enter into annual contracts with up to six (6) firms to provide professional civil engineering services in conjunction with various roads, drainage and other infrastructure projects. Services may include, but not be limited to, design of roadways, bridges, drainage facilities and other engineering tasks as required.
