Horry County is seeking Construction Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) services from interested, qualified firms for the RFQ 2019-20-052 Constuction Engineering & Inspection (CE&I) Services for Frontage Road B-2 & River Oaks Drive Project (East Coast Greenway) in Horry County, SC. This project is South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) funded through the Local Public Agency (LPA). Contract award is contingent upon federal funding availability. All federal, state, and local terms and conditions are applicable to Horry County, and will also be applicable to the successful RFQ respondent. Therefore, all rules and regulations related to such funding will apply, including the Brooks Act.
