Horry County intends to enter into a contract with the successful proposer to provide Consultant Services for a Socastee Creek Flood Study. Successful proposers shall have engineering and consultant service expertise. Statements of Qualifications for RFQ#: 2018-19-193 shall contain the requested information and be submitted in the format as shown in the Request for Qualifications document. This project is South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) funded and contingent upon funding availability. Therefore, all rules and regulations related to such funding will apply.
