2022-23-087 - Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) Laboratory Equipment

Licensed firms are invited to submit electronic sealed bids for "Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) Laboratory Equipment” IFB #2022-23-087. It is anticipated that any goods and/or services under the resulting contract from this solicitation may be funded by the South Carolina Department of Public Safety (SCDPS) Justice Assistance Grant (JAG), and is contingent upon funding availability; therefore, all rules and regulations related to the funding source apply, including but not limited to 2 C.F.R. § 200.317 – 326 and Appendix II to Part 200—Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards with the exception of Part (D) Davis Bacon Act.
