Employee Census and Claims History - Information on the County’s current benefits plan, its claim history, and census data on subscribers will be sent directly to insurers and carriers upon request only. To receive this information, proposers must provide the required signed documentation (located within the Request for Horry County Employee Census & Claims History Packets 1 and 2 ) to Amy Norris at norrisa@horrycounty.org . The referenced forms must be signed before release of data. Employee Census will be forwarded to proposer via an encrypted email.
