Providers for either of the two (2) MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conferences / Walkthroughs will meet at Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR), 1100 Jetport Road, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Assemble at Terminal A, Information Booth - Use Door 3 of Terminal A, across from Rental Car Facility. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 29577. Non-Attendees will NOT be allowed to submit a Proposal. These are the only Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conferences / Walkthroughs being scheduled for this solicitation. No additional requests will be accepted (NOTE: Due to current COVID-19 concerns, the Pre-Proposal Conference / Walkthrough will utilize Social Distancing practices. Please wear a mask if possible. If unavailable, one will be provided.)
