Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor will be required to operate the Bookstore on a 12-month basis, based on the University's academic calendar. The University reservesthe right, upon consultation with the contractor, to establish or change the days of service, hours ofservice, plans, or other methods of operation of the Bookstore. Currently the hours of operation are MondayThursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am -12:00 noon. 2. The Contractor should have the capability to implement an integrated book ordering system that will allow the Contractor to access course registrations from Banner for the purpose of fulfilling book orders in a digital or hardcopy format. For books delivered through an integrated book ordering system, costs can be assessed on a per credit hour basis with a campus add-on allowance. Students shall have the right to opt-out of the program within a reasonable, mutually agreed upon timeframe. 3.
