Specifications include, but are not limited to: The college currently has six merchants that process credit card transactions. Each merchant has a system (POS), gateway and processor to facilitate these transactions. • Student Payments – Colleague is currently the system, but we are in the process of implementing Anthology with an expected go live date of July 2025. • CCE (Corporate and Continuing Education) – Student Manager (AceWare) This will be changing to Lumens in 2025. • The Barton Bistro – Transact (POS) • Dental • Cosmetology • Bookstore – Total Computing Solutions (TCS) The checks are deposited through remote deposit capture, and cash deposits are completed by a courier service provided by the bank. We currently have five remote deposit capture machines. The courier services are picked up twice a week at the following locations: • North West Campus (8109 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC) • Barton Campus Building 102 (506 S. Pleasantburg Dr., Greenville, SC) • Barton Campus Bookstore Building 103 (506 S. Pleasantburg Dr., Greenville, SC) • Brashier Campus (1830 West Georgia Rd., Simpsonville, SC) • Benson Campus (2522 Locust Hill Rd., Taylors, SC) The awarded vendor will be required to provide courier services as part of this contract. The banking activity of Greenville Technical College is conducted through a primary master operations checking account in which all funds are deposited. Funds are transferred from this primary-operations account to a payroll checking account as needed, thereby creating a zero balance in the payroll account. The financial institution invests excess funds of the College on a daily basis. The annual level of activity through these accounts is approximately $240 million.
