Implementation Plan CLEMSON desires to implement this business process management solution before the selection of its ERP system provider and system integrator. CLEMSON is looking for a cloud-based solution that is ready to use off the shelf with some minor to modest configuration discussions to optimize the tool for the ERP implementation. Recognizing that some configuration refinement may be needed when the ERP systems integrator is selected and on boarded, Contractor should provide options for some postimplementation support for this reason. This support may not be executed immediately after the initial go live. The solution would be used by a core group of ERP program team members within the IT ESA team and the ERP PMO to start but may, after the ERP implementation, be transitioned to an enterprise solution. Propose in detail how you would complete this implementation of the rollout, with recommendations on how best to accomplish the business process solution implementation. 5. Reference Accounts Provide a list of at least three (3) comparable university references for whom you have provided a similar solution and service. Provide up to a two-page summary for each engagement that includes an introduction with relevant background, approach to the evaluation of current and future needs, recommended approach and solution(s), and related outcomes in as much detail as possible. Include a contact person, an email address, and a telephone number for each reference. If no higher education references are available provide a reason why and then provide the references that best suit the nature of this RFP.
