Determining the appropriate water pressure, temperature and cleaning method for different surfaces of the building; • Power washing the facility: • limited to interior wall & floor surfaces only (excluding enclosed areas such as electrical/mechanical rooms, storage rooms, restrooms) • floor scrubbing is limited to elevator lobbies, stairs/landings, and areas of heavy staining/algae. Other floor areas only require rinse to remove solid debris. • Protect persons, vehicles, landscape plantings, etc., from any potential harmful effects of overspray and/or runoff from the cleaning operation; and • Cleaning up after power washing is complete, and removing all tools, equipment and debris associated with the power washing operation.
