Devices must be removed by January 31, 2024 in coordination with the Chief Technology Officer. • Flat rate pricing or lump sum pricing is strongly preferred over evaluation-based pricing. • If you use evaluation-based pricing, we must confirm the final evaluation before the offer can be accepted. Evaluations will not be accepted if they are lower than what we believe they should be. If evaluation pricing is submitted, a breakdown of how devices are graded and priced must be included. There must be no deductions for reasons other than device grades if evaluation pricing is used. • The devices should be erased, but we require that you erase any data that you find left on the devices for data privacy reasons. Certificates of Destruction of information must be provided to the District. Please provide us with information regarding the erasing of data. R2v3 certified companies only. • The devices have been in service for 3-5 years. • The devices have asset tags, but are not engraved. • Offer price shall be good for 90 days. • We will work with awarded vendor to remove asset management software. • The Chromebooks are expected to be in good working condition. Any deficiencies have been repaired along the way and any repairs that can be fixed under warranty before sale will be. • Units have been in schools. No images of units are available. • The vendor can come on site prior to collection to evaluate devices.
