Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following tasks have been identified as being material to project success. These tasks are not comprehensive in nature. While the Contractor will be responsible for these tasks, both Contractor and CLEMSON are expected to refine these tasks during project planning activities. Project Management • Develop project management approach, project plan, and change control process that is mutually agreed to by CLEMSON and the Contractor that aligns with CLEMSON project management standards, policies, processes, and guidelines. (See Section V., APPENDIX B) • Create, update, and maintain all project deliverables. • Create and manage to deliverable acceptance criteria mutually agreed to in advance by CLEMSON and the Contractor. • Perform project management activities (e.g., weekly status reporting, developing and maintaining the project schedule, key milestones and deliverables, budget tracking, change requests, etc.). • Track project risks, project and issue management, issue identification, and resolution, and maintaining a RAID log. • Participate in a collaborative change control process that will govern the process to review, approve, prioritize, complete, account for, and implement all identified, proposed anticipated, expected, or unexpected contractual, technical, or system maintenance/modification activities. • Provide all required close-out documentation of the project, such as final editable versions of each deliverable. Sustainment and Service Delivery • Provide a fully implemented and integrated automated testing platform that can support CLEMSON’s upcoming ERP implementation and IT ESA portfolio automated testing needs, as well as enable future opportunities. • Provide recommendations on how to optimize and maximize the use of the automated testing platform should it scale beyond the ESA Quality Management service team to support a quality management community of practice. Automated Test Management Platform • Provide the strategies and plans to support the roll out and ongoing management of the automated testing platform, including governance and controls. • Facilitate user and end-to-end acceptance testing and CLEMSON production readiness compliance (e.g., security review, disaster recovery and continuity review, etc.) as part of the implementation of the automated testing platform and related integrations. • Provide training on the automated testing platform based on defined roles and responsibilities of the CLEMSON team. • Demonstrate the ability of the automated testing platform to support the operational, security, privacy, and policy decisions regarding data as defined by CLEMSON. • Deliver an automated testing platform that can be easily expanded and scaled to incorporate the quality management and application portfolio needs of all ESA service teams and related systems.
