Winthrop University, an education agency of the State of South Carolina, is soliciting responses for a proposal to secure a vendor that will provide a Comprehensive Cloud-Based Electronic Health Record Software that does the following: ● Provides a user interface for Center for Student Wellness staff to access centralized student information and health records ● Manages immunization compliance, pre-visit forms, referrals, patient education, secure correspondence, labs, and electronic prescriptions ● Simplifies the scheduling and check-in process through a patient portal ● Coordinates procedure charges with the SIS ● Maintains current caseload data, tasks, and reporting functions ● Complies with all applicable data privacy laws University information technology (IT) partners need to be involved in the acquisition, installation, and minimal maintenance of the chosen electronic health record software.
