1. All work shall be in accordance with the attached scope of work and bid provided by contractor. 2. The contractor shall implement safety measures to protect the public during demolition. The contractor shall maintain a safe and clean work area. The worksite shall be secured and cleaned daily. 3. The contractor shall protect the surrounding area and prevent the encroachment of demolished material onto adjoining pool decking, trails, sidewalks, vegetation, buildings, and marsh. The contractor is responsible for leaving disturbed areas as natural as possible when the project is complete. 4. The contractor is responsible for determining what permits are required for this scope of work and obtaining those permits (including fees) in accordance with local ordinances. The contractor is responsible for all required site and building inspections. 5. The contractor shall follow all applicable city, county, state and federal codes and regulations, including compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pool safety and security. 6. The contractor is responsible for locating underground utilities using a Utility Locating Service. Some only locate public utilities, however it is up to the contractor to determine if private utilities (owned by CCPRC) are at risk and hire a company to locate them. The contractor will be responsible for repairing any utilities damaged while doing this work. 7. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment (including dumpsters) necessary to complete the project.
