The vendor will demolish (raze/tear down) masonry office building and retaining wall, to include the removal of the structures themselves, removal of all debris, vegetation, slabs, foundation walls, footings, site walls, fences, etc. That information is spelled out below. NOTE that the Courthouse Parking Garage included in the tax parcel shall not be included in demolition scope, nor shall the existing asphalt parking lot and concrete median, storm structures, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and decorative light poles adjacent to this structure and within the demolition site. The vendor will sever and seal electrical, gas, water, sewer and telephone utility mains per the Utility Companies directives. Sewer services shall be disconnected as close as possible to the road right-ofway or property line.
