Specifications include, but are not limited to:It is the intent of the State of South Carolina, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, to solicit proposals from qualified sources to plan, design, develop, and deliver a modernized agency website (www.dhec.sc.gov ) by configuring a Content Management Solution (CMS) that is mobile enabled, highly secure, user-friendly, and aesthetically consistent with the agency’s brand and communications strategy. DHEC has chosen to utilize Drupal Core 8 and supporting modules for its CMS solution. DHEC requires a proven web development contractor who has demonstrated experience in managing large-scale website development and migration projects and boasts strong Drupal development expertise in its portfolio of successful site building and migration projects. Offer must include strategic website design, business workflow design, technical specifications and documentation, security design, website development and configuration, architecture setup support, system and end user testing guidance, implementation support, and knowledge transfer to DHEC resources. Migration of the current website content to the redesigned website is limited to framework configuration of site navigation and layouts and will include primary landing pages. DHEC has set a projected end date for the new CMS/website to go live by the end of September of 2017
