The scope includes video services from cameras at the following locations: 4 District Stadiums 7 High School Gymnasiums 9 Middle School Gymnasiums 4 School Site Mounted Cameras Key Requirements: 1. Video Equipment and Capabilities: a. District Stadiums (4 total): o 1 mounted camera o 1 wireless endzone camera o Includes multi-camera live streaming from an app b. High School Gymnasiums: o Mounted cameras for each gymnasium (7 total) c. Middle School Gymnasiums: o Mounted cameras for each gymnasium (9 total) d. School Site Mounted Cameras: o 4 additional mounted cameras at specified locations (to be provided) o Turnkey System shall be fully equipped with all necessary components to function independently with no leasing of equipment. o System should include cameras, self-contained units, streaming capability with multiple camera angles (including but not limited to tight angles, endzone, goal, and crowd shots).
