Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rock Hill Schools seeks to engage a qualified consultant firm to provide Executive Coaching and Leadership Services on an as needed basis. It is anticipated that the consultant will provide a variety of coaching and leadership services, support the senior leadership of the District in all aspects of team building and leadership RFP 23-2428 District Coaching and Leadership Services 17 development. The goal is help facilitate building a stronger bond with the community, the principals, teachers, students, and each other. Support services the District is looking for may include but not limited to the following: • Coaching with Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent • Coaching with District Office Leaders • Participate in coaching and meetings with District Office Leaders and Cabinet Members • Principal Leadership Development o Principal Leadership Workshops
