Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Vendor will be fully insured to protect themselves and the Building. The Vendor (except for the Old Exchange Staff) will be the only provider of evening tours without sublet. 2. The Vendor will maintain proper business licenses for themselves and their tour guides. 3. The Vendor’s tour guides will be registered with the City’s Tourism Department as Registered or Temporary, pending testing. 4. The available touring days and hours will be Sunday through Saturday, 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The exact times and dates will be mutually agreed upon. Exceptions will be when the Old Exchange Building hosts evening events that may utilize the Provost Dungeon for touring from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm. 5. The Evening Tours of the Old Exchange shall be during the months of March through November each year with exceptions mutually agreed upon. 6. The yearly stipend will be divided into installments payable to the Old Exchange Building each touring month. The Vendor shall make full payment by the first of each month. 7. The agreement will be for three years with two additional one (1) year extensions upon agreement of both parties. 8. On June 28th and November 13th, those dates are reserved for the use of the Rebecca Motte Chapter, NSDAR.
