The School District is seeking one or more vendor(s) who can provide Family Engagement and Communication Materials for Greenville County Schools. The vendor will need to meet the following requirements in order to meet the needs of the District. This scope of service outlines the requirements for family engagement tools designed to enhance interactions between parents, schools, and teachers. The materials should aim to support effective communication, foster family involvement in the educational process, and promote student success through various engaging and informative formats. Variety of Formats: Development of various types of communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, flyers, digital content, and videos. Multilingual Content: Materials should be available in multiple languages to accommodate the diverse linguistic needs of the school community. User-Friendly Design: Materials should be designed for ease of understanding and accessibility, using clear language and visually appealing formats. Family Engagement Resources: The solution should provide resources that help families support their children's learning and development at home (tools and resources do not have to have all features below, but please outline those that are available): Educational Guides: Development of guides that offer tips and strategies for parents to support their children's academic and social-emotional learning. Workshops and Webinars: Creation of content for workshops and webinars that provide parents with insights into the school curriculum, effective parenting strategies, and ways to support their child's education. Home Activities: Design of engaging, educational activities that families can do at home to reinforce learning concepts. Communication Strategies: The solution should outline strategies for effective communication between schools and families.
