Anderson School District Five is seeking to establish a contract for Grease Pit cleaning. The work required includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and resources to provide the required level of service at 18 locations. Grease pits are to be emptied and cleaned based on the attached schedule – in November, February and June of each year, however the successful vendor must be flexible. The District expects the successful vendor to assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience.
