INSTALLATION: The successful contractor of this solicitation shall be responsible to provide all labor, materials, equipment and any other resources to complete HVAC replacement project. Installation shall be coordinated with the District’s project manager, contact information shall be provided upon final award. INSTALLATION – QUALITY: Installation must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications to avoid compromising the manufacturer’s warranty. Upon completion of the HVAC replacement systems, all debris must be removed from the site. SUBCONTRACTOR IDENTIFICATION: Bidder must identify all subcontractor(s) that shall perform any portion of this contract. Bidder is responsible for subcontractor’s performance and conduct while performing any work in connection with this contract, and shall adhere to the same terms and conditions of this agreement as the Contractor.
