The awarded proposer(s) is expected to fulfill all of the requirements and duties contained in this solicitation as directed by the District’s Superintendent or his designee. A bid shall consist of details for the provision and management of the services envisioned in the Specifications, in accordance with the requirements described below, in this solicitation. The District estimates the following housing needs for Science PLUS Institute participants during the summer of 2024. This number is subject to change. General Information: Guests will be instructed to check in no earlier than 3:00 P.M. on their day of arrival. On the day of departure, guests will check out no later than 8:30 A.M. Rooms will typically be shared by two persons (requiring two beds). The Science PLUS Institute will assign roommates and provide guest information to the hotel. The Institute covers the entire room costs for guests willing to share a room, even if there is no available roommate. If participants request no roommate (a private room), they will be offered the group rate and will be responsible for paying for the cost of the room. All guests will be responsible for any incidental expenses they incur during their stay (they will be notified that a credit card must be on file for such expenses). Please quote both single (1 person) and double (2 person) rates.
