Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope 1: CLEMSON UNIVERSITY seeks to establish a contract for ten (10) years for Trademark and Licensing. CLEMSON UNIVERSITY shall require the licensing agent to issue a request for proposals and bring forward to CLEMSON UNIVERSITY a potential primary apparel program and a primary apparel partner (Scope 1). Scope 2: CLEMSON UNIVERSITY also seeks to establish a contract for ten (10) years for an athletic in-venue, athletic e-commerce, athletic memorabilia, athletic related retail NIL opportunities and other retail opportunities that could be beneficial to CLEMSON UNIVERSITY and the CLEMSON UNIVERSITY Athletic Department (Scope 2). CLEMSON UNIVERSITY seeks to establish these ten (10) year contracts for both Scopes A & B with the goal of allowing the awarded parties to cover up-front investments, reduce year to year revenue fluctuations and create a stable licensing and retail program and increase total revenue.
