The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Vending Service provider to install, maintain, manage and operate vending machines and related equipment at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) downtown campus and satellite locations in the Charleston area. This may extend to other locations throughout the state. Vending machines shall have the technology to provide real time inventory and service alerts. The Vending Service provider shall include the supervisory personnel, hourly employees and corporate support necessary to fulfill Contractor requirements stated herein. Beverage Vending Machines - canned or bottled drinks including 12 oz. cans, 20 oz. bottles, 20 oz. sport drinks, and 20 oz. bottled water from coin or bill operated machines. The Contractor must use nationally known brands including CocaCola and Pepsi products. MUSC will allow other products such as juice, water, and sports drinks to be placed on campus where deemed appropriate. Food (Canned/Packaged), Cold Food, and Snack Food Vending Machines; Coffee/Hot Drink Vending Machines; Healthy Food and Beverage Vending Machines.
