Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor must provide Two (2) Haunted Attractions for two (2) distinct rooms within the Blatt PE Center. a. Each haunted attraction must fit in a minimum area of 40 ft. x 40 ft. with 12 ft. of height clearance. b. Each haunted attraction must include costumes, props, decorations, and lights. 2. Contractor must provide a Halloween Village to create after-party environment once students have completed the Haunted Attractions to include the following: a. 6 Halloween Carnival Games b. Halloween Photo Booth c. 2 Halloween Novelty Events d. Music e. Halloween Decorations 3. Contractor must comply with the following insurance requirements: a. General liability: $2M per occurrence/$2M aggregate, naming UofSC as additional insured b. Workers' Compensation Coverage: State of SC statutory requirements c. Participant Accident/Excess Medical: $25,000. 4. Bidders must include travel and lodging in their quotation. 5. Bidders must provide at least 3 references. See Attachment.
