Minimum Structure Requirements • Minimum 8 X 16 ft. New Portable Concession Kiosk • Preferred is a low-profile kiosk, set on Hilman nylon rollers (or equivalent) for mobility • Diamond plated aluminum floor with drain, all welded to frame • Diamond plated aluminum paneled walls and ceiling. • Provide maximum allowable windows on 3 serving sides. Windows should be self-closing and the largest possible size the structure will allow. All concession windows should include awnings with latches to lock in place when open or closed. • Exterior serving counters set at ADA required height of 34” • Access door (opening outward) with keyed latch, Door must be large enough to remove all equipment placed inside at time of build. • Access panels where needed to service all equipment. • Roof structure built to be serviceable • Inside LED lighting • Proposal shall include customized external vinyl design on all four sides. • Add side doors access doors for freezer removal...
