Specifications include, but are not limited to: Oconee County is seeking quotations from qualified, licensed contractors to re-roof two buildings at Chau-Ram County Park, 1220 Chau Ram Park Road, Westminster, SC 29693. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to remove and dispose of the current roof and install new roofing; Materials include, but are not limited to OSB sheeting, roofing felt, roofing nails, tin caps (if required), roofing shingles, ridge vent, flashing and sheet metal, and waterproof valley flashing underlayment. Main Recreation Building The main recreation building roof is approximately 3,720 square-foot. Currently, the building has shingles and felt laid on top of tongue and groove boards. Vendor shall remove single layer of shingles and felt. Inspect under felt for bad/rotten tongue and groove boards and replace as needed. Add 19/32 OSB sheathing on top of existing tongue and groove boards. Install starter shingles, roof over ridge vent, ridge caps as needed for entire building roof. Cut overhanging deck boards flush with fasica/freeze board to allow for drip edge. Install drip edge, ice/water shield at side walls (pipe boots) and water diverter above doors. Replace all pipe boots. Supply and install approximately 75-foot of new 6in seamless gutters on back side of building over porch area. Shelter #2 The roof on shelter #2 is approximately 894 square-foot. Currently, the shelter has shingles and felt laid on top of tongue and groove boards. The front corners of the building have damage due to being hit by campers. The corners of the shelter require repair prior to roof replacement. Vendor shall remove single layer of shingles and felt. Inspect under felt for bad/rotten tongue and groove boards and replace as needed. Remove and replace front two rafters. Add 19/32 OSB sheathing on top of existing tongue and groove boards. Add cricket behind chimney to divert water. Install synthetic felt, shingles, step/counter flash chimney, perimeter starter shingles, drip edge and ride caps.
