Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the Materials Management Office to solicit bids from various contractors in order to provide security services for Florence – Darlington Technical College. The contractor will provide the required number of employees at the per hour rate(s) as quoted hereon (see Section III as to required payment amounts) meeting certain qualified specifications (see Section III for details of specifications). This contract is to include all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, material, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to provide the required level of service for the college’s Main Campus, Health Science Campus, SIMT Campus, and Cosmetology Site. This solicitation has one lot with three different items within this lot. The Award in this solicitation will be made by lot to one vendor only. This contract term will be for one year with four, one year renewable options.
