Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clemson University intends to sole source with Educational Services Pamplona SL (ESPA) to provide services in Pamplona, Spain for a short term study abroad program for a course in European Perspectives in Bioethics. Clemson requires an academic partner that can provide the language and culture component of the course to include local instruction with professional experts in Bioethics and on-site services to include local host families, guided tours of local medical research facilities, and coordination of all activities. Educational Services Pamplona is the only vendor that can provide the level of services needed for this program. The director of Pamplona Learning Spanish Institute (utilized in 2015) moved and brought the program contents with him to this new institution. The program coordinates with Sustainability in Spain and must be able to be used for both programs. $61,768.08
