The prime contractor shall ensure they are in possession of the required state permit and business licenses necessary to submit and commence all work activity for this project. The prime contractor is responsible for ensuring the same requirements for their subcontractors performing any work under this project. Project consists of but not limited to new concrete walkways, new paving to include curb and gutter, new landscaping (plants and trees), irrigation system, stabilization /erosion control, sediment tubes, sod, hydroseeding, new / repair asphalt roadway, signage, restriping of parking areas, additional accessible parking (van accessible handicap, regular, and trailer spaces) , ADA compliant parking, regrading, wheel stops, and crosswalk striping. Contractor shall take necessary action to keep clean and minimize the tracking of mud, litter, and construction debris onto to new and existing paved roadways, waterways, public, and private areas.
