The Town is in search of a developer/owner to develop the parcel for a commercial/office use to supplement the Towns preferred commercial uses. The Town of Summerville SC is accepting Request for Proposal (RFP) for the purchase and development of PID # 1371109001 located at the corner of Berling G. Myers Pkwy, East 6th South Street and South Gum Street. The property is currently being used as a park and ride lot. The parcel contains approximately 3.067 acres. The Town is in search of a developer/owner to develop the parcel for a commercial/office use to supplement the Towns preferred commercial uses. The Town will not entertain residential, or any other non-commercial/office proposed use for this property. SEE MAP Attached
