Suffolk County Water Authority Bid Opportunities
Suffolk County Water Authority’s Open and Closed Solicitations are posted below. Please register or login to see details of all open opportunities.
Labor Law § 220-1: As of December 30, 2024, contractors performing "public work" must be registered before they start working on a SCWA project. More information is available on the Department of Labor website at Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry Landing | Department of Labor. Compliance is not required for every SCWA project. Therefore, each SCWA bid will indicate whether it is a public work contract requiring bidders submit their Certificate of Registration. If registration is required, your firm must comply as a pre-condition for submitting a bid.
