The City of Knoxville is requesting submissions of proposals from responsible firms to provide custom containers for Holidays on Ice located on Market Square during November-January. Winning bidder will be issued a one-time purchase order for custom containers and be required to move the containers to and from the site annually. Proposals will be evaluated based on approach to building the container, timeline for building and delivering, cost, and availability.
