Description

The City of Knoxville is seeking proposals from responsible, qualified social service organizations to provide the services of two outreach social workers to deliver direct outreach and engagement to unsheltered persons experiencing homelessness who are in the Knoxville community, with a particular focus on reaching and serving unsheltered persons who are in the area around the intersection of Broadway and Magnolia Avenue. The City intends to award a contract for the term of one year with two optional one-year renewals. The City anticipates a contract being awarded as soon as practicable following the evaluation of proposals.
